General Qualifications to Require Across All Trades
| Requirement | Details |
|---|---|
| Proper Independent Licensing | Must hold required state/city licenses and pass 14-pt. checklist. |
| Government/Municipal Experience | At least 2 public agency projects in past 3 years. |
| Registrations | Prefer subcontractors registered in SAM.gov, CERT, Minnesota SWIFT, or local city vendor lists. |
| Prevailing Wage Experience | Proven experience with certified payroll, wage classification, and compliance audits. |
| Safety & Insurance | Must provide current COI and EMR rating upon request. OSHA 10/30 trained staff preferred. |
| Project Size Familiarity | Comfortable working on $10K–$200K scopes with tight durations. |
